Bridge Pile Cage Welding Machine
1. High Automation & Precision Control: PLC + CNC system with frequency control ensures accurate spiral pitch, synchronized bar processing, and stable cage forming quality.
2. 3–4× Higher Production Efficiency: Automatic welding and winding significantly increase output while requiring only 2–3 operators, reducing labor cost and project time.
3. Stable Quality & Wide Application Range: Uniform weld joints and adjustable spacing support Ø12–50 mm main bars, meeting diverse piling and foundation cage requirements.
Product Description
The Bridge Pile Cage Welding Machine is a CNC-controlled system specifically designed for winding spiral reinforcement around the exterior of rebar cages. In conventional construction practice, workers first manually weld the longitudinal bars and internal stiffening rings to form the basic cage framework. The semi-finished cage is then placed onto the Bridge Pile Cage Welding Machine to complete the spiral winding process.
When equipped with a PLC control system, the Bridge Pile Cage Welding Machine achieves automated operation, making the production process simpler, more efficient, and more precise. However, the following operational precautions must be strictly observed:
Operating Precautions
1. If any abnormal condition occurs during operation, the machine must be stopped immediately. The cause of the malfunction should be identified and resolved before restarting production.
2. When changing specifications and adjusting the slider position, all bolts must be firmly tightened to prevent the slider from loosening or ejecting during welding, which could cause accidents.
3. Before powering on the machine, ensure that all personnel are at a safe distance from the equipment, including the spiral bar feeding system. Crossing over the spiral reinforcement is strictly prohibited.
4. During maintenance or adjustment (including limit switches and proximity switches), all power sources must be completely disconnected. Adjustments must never be performed while the equipment is energized.
By integrating PLC and variable frequency drive (VFD) control technology, the Bridge Pile Cage Welding Machine delivers higher spiral winding accuracy. Both spiral reinforcement and longitudinal bars can be processed simultaneously in dual-bar mode. The intelligent automatic feeding system simplifies the production of large-diameter rebar cages and significantly improves overall efficiency.
With continuous modernization and years of technical development, the CNC Bridge Pile Cage Welding Machine has become an essential piece of equipment in the rebar processing industry. Its stable performance and high operating speed have led to widespread application across various construction sectors.
Key Advantages of the CNC Bridge Pile Cage Welding Machine
1. High Level of Automation
The system adopts computer numerical control and PLC-based automation. Both rotation speed and travel speed are continuously adjustable for precise and flexible operation.
2. Fast Welding Performance
Equipped with an automatic welding mechanism, production efficiency is increased by 3–4 times compared with traditional manual methods, significantly shortening project timelines.
3. Stable and Consistent Product Quality
Weld joints are reliable, longitudinal bar distribution is accurate, and spiral spacing is uniform, ensuring high consistency and facilitating subsequent cage assembly.
4. Reduced Labor Intensity
Only 2–3 operators are required to manage the entire system. The advantages are especially evident when manufacturing large-diameter rebar cages.
5. Simple and User-Friendly Operation
Operators can quickly master the machine after basic training, reducing reliance on highly skilled labor.
6. Strong Adaptability
Suitable for welding rebar cages with longitudinal bar diameters ranging from 12 mm to 50 mm. Spiral spacing can be automatically adjusted, enabling the production of cages in various sizes, specifications, and lengths for diverse industry applications.
