Product Description
The Automatic Rebar Cage Welding Machine is a CNC-controlled system specially designed for winding spiral reinforcement around the outer surface of a rebar cage.
In practical construction, workers first manually weld the longitudinal bars and internal stiffening rings to form the basic cage framework. The cage is then placed onto the machine for automatic spiral winding and welding.
The PLC control cabinet enables fully automated operation. By integrating PLC and frequency conversion control technology, the machine achieves higher winding precision, synchronized processing of spiral bars and main bars, and stable performance. The intelligent automatic feeding system significantly simplifies the production of large-diameter rebar cages.

Operation Precautions
If any abnormal condition occurs during operation, stop the machine immediately and identify the cause. Resume welding only after troubleshooting.
When changing specifications and adjusting the slider position, ensure all bolts are firmly tightened to prevent accidents during welding.
Before powering on, ensure all personnel stay clear of the equipment, including the spiral bar feeding system. Crossing over the spiral bar is strictly prohibited.
During maintenance or adjustment (including limit and proximity switches), completely disconnect all power sources. Adjustment under live power is strictly forbidden.
