The CNC Steel Cage Welding Workstation YGTZ2500-12 is a fully automatic steel cage forming and welding system with independent intellectual property rights. It is widely used in metro construction, bridges, building foundations, airports, highways, and other infrastructure projects.

The system integrates:

  • Automatic main bar feeding system

  • Main bar detection, positioning & welding system

  • Spiral bar welding system

  • Automatic cage discharge system

The entire welding process is fully automated without manual intervention.

Main bar welding time is less than 35 seconds per bar. Welding parameters can be preset and stored according to process requirements, significantly reducing labor while greatly improving efficiency.

A 9–12 meter cage framework can typically be completed in about 20 minutes, and spiral winding and welding can be finished within 25 minutes.
