CNC Rebar Cage Winding Machine
The CNC Rebar Cage Winding Machine is a specialized numerical control equipment designed for winding spiral reinforcement (helical rebar) around the outer structure of a rebar cage.
In conventional construction, workers manually weld the longitudinal bars and internal stiffening rings to form the basic cage framework. The cage is then placed onto the rebar cage winding machine for spiral reinforcement winding.
Operating Precautions
If any abnormal condition occurs during operation, stop the machine immediately to inspect and identify the cause. Restart only after troubleshooting is completed.
When adjusting the slider position for different specifications, ensure that all bolts are firmly tightened to prevent the slider from being ejected during welding.
Before powering on the equipment, ensure that all personnel are clear of the machine, including the spiral rebar feeding system. Do not step over the spiral bar during operation to avoid accidents.
During maintenance or adjustment (including limit switches and proximity switches), all power supplies must be completely disconnected. Adjustment under live power conditions is strictly prohibited.
