Product Description

The Foundation Piling Steel Cage Welding Machine is a CNC-controlled equipment specially designed for winding spiral reinforcement around the outer surface of a steel cage.

During construction, workers first manually weld the longitudinal bars and internal stiffening rings to form the basic framework of the steel cage. The cage is then placed onto the machine for spiral bar winding.

The PLC control cabinet enables automated operation of the machine. By adopting PLC and frequency conversion control technology, the system ensures higher winding accuracy and stable production performance. The spiral bar and main bars can be processed simultaneously. The intelligent automatic feeding system makes large-diameter steel cage fabrication easier and more efficient.

Operation Precautions

  1. If any abnormal condition occurs during operation, stop the machine immediately to check the cause. Resume operation only after the fault has been eliminated.

  2. When changing specifications and adjusting the slider position, ensure all bolts are fully tightened to prevent the slider from flying out during welding.

  3. Before powering on, make sure all personnel stay away from the machine (including the spiral bar feeding system). Crossing over the spiral bar is strictly prohibited.

  4. During maintenance or adjustment (including limit switches and proximity switches), all power sources must be completely disconnected. Adjustment under live power is strictly prohibited.
