Spiral Rebar Welding Machine YGTZ2500-12

The Spiral Rebar Welding Machine YGTZ2500-12 is a fully automated workstation designed with advanced proprietary technology to deliver high-efficiency rebar cage production. It is widely applied in metro systems, bridge construction, building projects, airports, highways, and foundation engineering works.

The machine combines automatic main bar feeding, bar detection and positioning, spiral winding welding, and cage unloading into a continuous automated workflow that requires no manual involvement. It achieves excellent welding efficiency, completing the weld of a single main bar in under 35 seconds. Welding parameters can be preset and stored to suit process requirements, minimizing labor input while substantially increasing productivity.

Built for sustained high-speed operation, the system can produce a 9–12 meter cage framework in roughly 20 minutes, with spiral winding and welding completed in about 25 minutes. Precise control over welding timing and positioning ensures consistent joint quality, prevents incomplete welds, and reduces material consumption.
