Bridge Pile Rebar Cage Machine YGTZ2500-12
The Bridge Pile Rebar Cage Machine YGTZ2500-12 is a fully automatic rebar cage welding workstation independently developed by our company with proprietary intellectual property rights. It is mainly used in metro construction, bridges, building projects, airports, highways, and foundation engineering.
The equipment integrates an automatic main bar feeding system, main bar detection and positioning welding system, spiral bar winding welding system, and cage unloading system. No manual intervention is required during the welding process. The machine delivers high welding efficiency, completing the welding of a single main bar in less than 35 seconds. Welding parameters can be configured and stored according to process requirements, significantly reducing labor while greatly improving productivity.
The system enables continuous high-speed welding. A 9–12 meter rebar cage framework can typically be welded in about 20 minutes, while spiral winding and welding are completed in approximately 25 minutes. Welding quality is excellent, with accurate control of welding time and position to eliminate false welds and minimize material consumption.
Multiple cage specifications can be preset in the system. Operators simply recall stored parameters and perform one-touch touchscreen operation. The production-line workflow is intuitive and highly automated, ensuring that finished products fully comply with industry standards.
In traditional manual cage fabrication, site supervisors frequently inspect production quality. With the Bridge Pile Rebar Cage Machine YGTZ2500-12, the entire process is automatically monitored. The system records welding data in real time and reports operational information promptly, ensuring consistent, reliable manufacturing quality.
